Privacy and cookies
The website of Frankley Beeches Lodge 5846 does not set analytics cookies and does not keep a database of visitors. The membership form emails the lodge so we can reply. To ask a privacy question, email hi@frankleybeecheslodge.co.uk. This page was last updated on 4 November 2026.
Who we are
The lodge is responsible for this website. You can reach us at hi@frankleybeecheslodge.co.uk, or by post at Ashlar House, Kings Heath Masonic Hall, 221 Alcester Road South, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 6DT.
What this website stores
The site is a set of static pages. It does not have accounts, and it does not keep a database of visitors. We do not use advertising, and we do not sell information.
Membership form
The form on the home page and the joining page asks for your name, email address, town or area and a message. A telephone number is optional. You are asked to confirm that we may use those details to reply. The message is emailed to hi@frankleybeecheslodge.co.uk. We use it only to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not publish your name.
A hidden field is there so we can ignore automated messages. If you fill it in, the form does not email us. If the lodge switches on a Cloudflare spam check, your browser loads that check from Cloudflare when you open the form, and Cloudflare may set a cookie. The check is not loaded unless it has been switched on. Please do not include anything sensitive in the message.
Emailing the lodge
The “Email the lodge” buttons on the contact page are ordinary mailto links to hi@frankleybeecheslodge.co.uk. They open your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
Emails you send us
If you email the lodge, or use the membership form, we use the message only to reply and to deal with what you asked. We do not add you to a mailing list. Please do not include anything sensitive. You can ask us to delete the correspondence, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a short time to complete a reply or to meet a legal duty.
We do not publish the names of living members, and we will not publish your name because you wrote to us.
Cookies
These pages do not set analytics cookies. There is no cookie banner, because the pages themselves have nothing to accept. The optional spam check described above is the exception, and only if the lodge has switched it on.
If you choose “Show the map” on the home page or the visiting page, your browser loads a map from OpenStreetMap. That site may set a cookie. The map is not loaded until you ask for it. Google Maps is only opened if you follow the link yourself.
Other websites
Links to Facebook, the United Grand Lodge of England, the Province of Worcestershire, the Masonic Charitable Foundation and map services leave this website. Those organisations have their own privacy notices. We do not embed a Facebook feed, and we do not use a Facebook pixel.
Fonts and hosting
The typefaces, Cormorant Garamond and Inter, are stored with the website. Your browser does not contact Google to fetch them. The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, for security. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Your choices
You can use the whole site without emailing us, opening the map, or visiting Facebook. If you want to ask what information the lodge holds from an email you sent, or you want it deleted, write to hi@frankleybeecheslodge.co.uk.
